The PT13 High-Pressure Thermodynamic Steam Trap is engineered for efficient condensate discharge from medium- and high-pressure steam lines operating with low to medium condensate loads. Manufactured with a robust alloy steel body and complete stainless steel internal components, this steam trap provides strong mechanical performance and corrosion resistance under demanding industrial conditions. Its integrated strainer helps protect the internal mechanism from pipeline debris, supporting reliable operation and reducing the likelihood of obstruction.

The PT13 incorporates a carefully designed condensate entry located below and concentric to the disc and seat. This arrangement promotes a clean, parallel lifting movement of the disc in relation to the seat, helping minimise localised wear during prolonged operation. Both the disc and seat undergo a specialised hardening process to withstand continuous service at elevated pressures and temperatures. With socket-weld and flanged connection options, the PT13 can be integrated into different high-pressure steam pipeline configurations.
